As a club we do have a few simple rules,

please take a minute to read them before completing the membership form

 
1.     Members must agree to keep their vehicles for which they are a member of the club in a good

legal roadworthy condition. 
2.     Members must abide by all the current legislation and the highway code for road users. 
3.     As a club we do not either encourage or condone drink driving, or any other motoring

offences, it is each members responsibility to ensure that they either drive or are fit to drive legally. 
4.     Behaviour of members should be acceptable at all times, especially as we are a family club with young members, so we discourage either swearing or inappropriate behaviour while they are present. 
5.     The club retains the right to the copyright, and any intellectual property connected with work done on behalf of the club by any member or official .
6.     If any member is in breach of any of the above, a warning via a committee member will be given. If after the warning the member does not desist from the inappropriate action, then the committee will make a final decision as to whether to ask the member to leave the club immediately. 
7.     If any member is asked to leave they will not have the right to appeal the decision, as they have already had a warning and continued in an unacceptable manner to either the committee or a member. If they are a official of the club they must return immediately any intellectual property they have and must not disclose this to any other club or member. 
8.     Once a member has been asked to leave then their membership to the club ceases with immediate effect and no refund will be given on membership fees. 
9.     If a member decides to leave or resign if they are an official, then no membership fee will be returned to them. 
10.    These rules are not exhaustive and are subject to change without notification.
